While working for a big corporation, I came to the realization that even though I was unhappy, I still went to work every day. Despite feeling miserable and wanting to pursue other things, I knew that I had to continue working to make ends meet. One day, while driving on the highway, I found myself sobbing in fear at the mere thought of going to work, and was driving way over the speed limit.

That was the moment I knew I need to stop.

Quitting your job is a significant decision that requires careful consideration and planning. Before taking the leap, it's important to assess your situation objectively, weigh the pros and cons, and consider the potential impact on your career and personal life. By recognizing the signs that indicate it's time to move on, you can take control of your career path and pursue opportunities that align with your values, goals, and aspirations.

But what are the signs that require a little attention and introspection? Let's analyse them below:

1. Persistent Unhappiness: Pay attention to your overall mood and well-being. If you find yourself feeling consistently unhappy or dissatisfied at work, it's important to address the root cause of these feelings.
